During 2023, we at Great Earth have made significant strides in our quest to build a sustainable and successful business. We haven't just focused on innovative initiatives and pioneering products, but also on creating a pleasant and inspiring work environment for our employees.

Our Employees – The Heart of Our Business

At Great Earth, our employees are the very heart of our business! We believe that a pleasant and motivating work environment is crucial for both individual and collective success. We strive to make every day at work both meaningful and inspiring. With an open mind and a big heart, we welcome diversity and actively work towards equality. For us, every employee is a vital piece of our success story. That's why, during 2023, we introduced a series of measures to improve the working environment for our staff.

A New Office for a Modern Workplace

One of our biggest steps towards a better work environment was moving into our new office. The modern and ergonomic design creates an inspiring and pleasant atmosphere, while also considering both environmental impact and employee well-being.

One of the biggest improvements from our previous office is the new gym now available on-site. This gives our employees the opportunity to exercise and support their health without having to leave the workplace, which not only saves time but also reduces carbon emissions by minimising the need for travel.

For our warehouse operations, the new office has brought significant improvements. By designing efficient and ergonomic storage spaces, we have created a better working environment for our warehouse staff. This has not only increased their job satisfaction but also the efficiency of our operations.

A Focus on Health and Well-being

We believe that a healthy lifestyle contributes to increased productivity and job satisfaction. That's why we offer our employees a range of benefits that promote health and well-being, such as a wellness allowance and breakfast in our staff canteen. We also encourage an active lifestyle by organising regular activities and events. Furthermore, all employees have the right to train for 30 minutes during work hours each day in our in-house gym.

Diversity and Inclusion

At Great Earth, we welcome diversity and actively work towards equality. We believe that an inclusive work environment, where everyone feels welcome and respected, leads to greater creativity and innovation. We have therefore introduced a range of policies and measures to ensure a fair and inclusive workplace. For example, we were the first to introduce a menopause policy in our workplace.
