As a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations (Act 2005:59). The cancellation period starts from the day you receive the goods and is valid provided the item is returned to Great Earth in a substantially unchanged condition. This means you must not use the product, remove labels, or break any seals. To exercise your right to cancel, the product should be returned to Great Earth in its original packaging. Great Earth must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cancellation period has not expired before the goods are sent back. We recommend returning items via Posten Varubrev or Posten Företagspaket. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs according to Posten's price list and is responsible for the item until it reaches us. Returns cannot be sent as cash on delivery or with reply-paid postage. You can find more information about your right to cancel and complaints under our Terms & Conditions! Product Questions

Perhaps the most common objection to food supplements is that a balanced diet is sufficient. By 'sufficient,' it is meant that a balanced diet provides all the necessary nutrients for good health. While this is reasonable in theory, it's not so simple in practice in a modern Western household. An example comes from an American study where the diets of 20 individuals were analysed, including elite athletes, recreational exercisers, and sedentary adults. Out of all 20 diets, not a single one met the recommended daily intake for all vitamins and minerals. There are many possible explanations for this: TODAY'S FOOD IS LESS NUTRITIOUS, OUR FOOD CULTURE HAS DETERIORATED, WE ARE MORE STRESSED, OUR GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION, and other important factors...

Some vitamins and minerals can interfere with each other. Certain vitamins provide energy and are best taken in the morning, while some minerals have a relaxing effect and are better suited for the evening. A good rule of thumb we follow at Great Earth is: vitamins in the morning and minerals in the evening. It's a classic!

Avoid crushing tablets with a Time Release function, as this will reduce their effectiveness. Other tablets can be crushed. Unsure if the product you are taking has Time Release? It is stated on the jar and also on the individual product pages on our website.

Yes, most of them can be emptied. You can sprinkle the contents on your yoghurt or porridge instead of swallowing the capsule whole. However, this does not apply to probiotics, which need to dissolve further down in the intestinal tract.

Most of our water-soluble vitamins have a Time Release effect, meaning they are released into the body over 8 hours. This micro-granule tablet optimises absorption by first dissolving, allowing the micro-granules to separate from the other active ingredients in the tablet. The active intermediate layer can then be easily and quickly absorbed by the body's digestive fluids, while the slightly harder granules with a delayed release travel further down the digestive system. Finally, the small granules dissolve, up to 8 hours after the tablet was swallowed.

Minerals are often known to be difficult for the body to absorb from food supplements. At the same time, minerals are more crucial for the body than vitamins, making it extremely important to provide easily absorbable forms. Great Earth's tablets include a blend of colloidal minerals, which are almost 100% absorbable, along with other highly bioavailable forms of minerals.

Unfortunately, some substances don't have a pleasant smell, especially B-vitamins and enzymes. We don't add any unnecessary flavourings to make the products taste better. We hope you can take comfort in the fact that they are doing you good, even if they smell bad.

Previously, we recommended taking vitamin D from autumn to early spring. We have now updated our recommendations in line with those in Italy and England. It seems that those of us living in the northern hemisphere need to replenish our vitamin D stores all year round. Therefore, we suggest taking it during both the darker and lighter months.

Consider if there are any gaps in your diet that you need to fill and conduct a small needs analysis of your lifestyle. Are you under a lot of stress? Do you sleep poorly? Are you vegan? Are you pregnant? Is your diet monotonous? Identify your needs and gaps and try to find products that suit your specific requirements. It's important to only take what you need and nothing more. Need help? Take our needs test or get in touch, and we'll be happy to assist you.

In the evening, about an hour before bedtime. Magnesium has a relaxing effect on muscles and nerves, which can help you sleep better and may also alleviate issues like restless legs and nocturnal muscle cramps, if you are prone to them.

All children in Sweden are recommended to take vitamin D drops up to the age of 2. Whether a child needs other food supplements is entirely individual. If a child has a limited diet or perhaps doesn't like vegetables, a multivitamin, for example, can be beneficial. Children are constantly developing and growing, so proper nutrition during their upbringing is essential.

Of course, we have products developed to support you during menopause and PMS.

We consider these areas to be incredibly important and strive to contribute to both increased knowledge and effective solutions for our customers. Our products in these categories have been developed in close collaboration with experienced midwives from Karolinska University Hospital. You can find these products clearly listed under the 'Menopause' and 'PMS' categories on our website.

It depends on the product. Some are more like a short-term course, while others can be taken continuously or for longer periods. For example, we recommend taking vitamin D all year round. Ashwagandha can be taken as a course during stressful periods, whereas omega-3 might be a supplement you take all the time. Choose what suits your needs. We are currently developing more needs-based and individually tailored products, precisely so you can find exactly what you need.

Absolutely! We're seeing incredible developments, not least here at Great Earth. Individual customisation is advancing – several hundred thousand people have already taken our needs test to find the right products. We were also the first in Northern Europe to introduce innovative product formats beyond tablets and capsules. We are proud to have received awards for our circular packaging and to be collaborating with health apps, including in the Femtech space. A fantastic example is our product development work with midwives at Karolinska, where a study showed that 91% of participants experienced improved sleep after just two months. There's a huge amount happening in all areas at Great Earth! Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on all the innovations we're working on.

Since many of our food supplements contain entirely natural ingredients, it is completely normal for the tablets and capsules to look different from batch to batch. For example, our Vitamin C contains natural ingredients like Acerola and Rosehip. The appearance of these varies with each harvest, which means our tablets also look different. We see this as a positive thing, and it does not affect the efficacy of the tablets.
