General Terms and Conditions

Great Earth Scandinavia AB, reg. no. 556372-9010 (“Great Earth”), with its visiting address at Ersbogatan 10, 802 93 Gävle, operates the website www.greatearth.se (the “Website”). You can purchase goods from Great Earth via the Website. These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all orders for goods that you, as a consumer, complete on the Website. By completing your order, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms. Great Earth reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website and will apply from the moment you accept the Terms through a new order, or 10 days after Great Earth has informed you of the changes (for example, in the case of a subscription). The provisions of the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (1990:932) and the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (2005:59), among others, apply to all purchases made by consumers via the Website.

 

Personal Data

Great Earth processes your personal data in accordance with Great Earth's Privacy Policy.

 

Orders and Purchase Agreements

By completing an order, you accept these Terms. A purchase agreement is only concluded when your order has been confirmed by Great Earth via an email confirmation sent to the address you provided when ordering.

 

Prices and Fees

All prices listed on the Website are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Additional charges may apply depending on the chosen shipping method, as well as for invoice arrangements, part-payment, and for uncollected parcels. The total cost of your order is calculated automatically based on your selections and is presented before you complete the order. Any incorrectly stated prices may be corrected in Great Earth's order confirmation sent to your email address.

 

Payment

Payment on the Website is processed through Great Earth's partner, Klarna Bank AB (publ) (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm) (“Klarna”). Through Klarna, you are offered payment options including card payment, invoice, part-payment, and direct bank transfer. Great Earth does not charge any extra fees for any of these payment options. Klarna may charge fees for certain payment options, but if so, this will be stated at the time of purchase.

For card payments, the following cards are accepted: Mastercard and Visa.

When paying by invoice or part-payment, you will need to provide certain personal information that Klarna uses to identify you. The information required for identification may vary between different purchases and customers. By providing information at the checkout, you also accept Klarna's terms and conditions.

When paying by invoice or part-payment, Klarna will conduct a credit check, but this will not affect your credit rating and is not visible to others who request a credit report, such as banks. Once you have been identified, Klarna will show you the available options. For invoice payments, the payment term is 14 days. Delivery

Great Earth offers the following delivery options:

PostNord Varubrev – To your letterbox
The parcel is delivered to your letterbox during the day. Great Earth is not responsible for weather conditions that may complicate delivery to the letterbox. Great Earth also makes reservations regarding the dimensions of the letterbox, mail slot, security box, or property box. If the parcel does not fit in your letterbox, it will be delivered to your nearest postal service point, and you will be notified via the PostNord App and by SMS/email.

PostNord MyPack Collect – Collect at a service point
The parcel is delivered to a PostNord service point. You will be notified via the PostNord App and by SMS/email.
* SATURDAY DELIVERY to service points. PostNord delivers to service points Monday-Friday throughout the country. In Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö, PostNord also delivers to service points on Saturdays.

PostNord MyPack Home – Home delivery
You will be notified in the PostNord App and by SMS/email and can choose the day and time for your delivery, and whether you want your parcel delivered to your door or to a PostNord service point. Track your parcel in real-time via a map function, with information on delivery time and the number of stops before yours.

 

Delivery Time

The normal delivery time is 1–5 working days from when we have confirmed your order via email. For orders placed during public holidays, the delivery time is calculated from the first working day after the holiday period. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact our customer service at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se or on 026-611980, and we will assist you. Should Great Earth be unable to deliver your order for any reason and has notified you of this, you have the option to cancel the purchase by contacting our customer service as described above.

Uncollected Parcels/Shipments

Parcels delivered to a service point will be returned to Great Earth if they are not collected within 7 days of you being notified of their arrival. If this occurs, you will be charged a fee of SEK 200 to cover costs related to Great Earth's administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling. Uncollected parcels are not normally considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

Please note that Great Earth only delivers to addresses in Sweden.

 

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (2005:59).

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods and is valid provided that the item is returned to Great Earth in a substantially unchanged condition. This means you may not use the product, remove labels, or break any seals. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to Great Earth in its original packaging.

Email us at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se  or call 026-611980. We will need the following information:

  1. a) order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note, or invoice)

  2. b) your name and contact details

  3. c) the quantity and names of the products you wish to return

 

Great Earth must confirm that the return is permitted and that the withdrawal period has not expired before the goods are sent back. We recommend that returns are sent using Posten Varubrev. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost according to Posten's postage rates and is responsible for the goods until they have been received by us. Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery or reply paid.

Complaints

If you have received a defective or incorrectly dispatched item, please contact our customer service immediately at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se or on 026-611980. Describe the fault in as much detail as possible. If we cannot resolve the issue, you can, of course, make a complaint about the product to receive a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us.

Complaints to Great Earth must be made within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered, but no later than 3 years.

Great Earth follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Disputes between Great Earth and a consumer can be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for a decision. The address for the National Board for Consumer Disputes is Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, and its website is www.arn.se.  As a final resort, disputes can be settled by a general court, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.

Cancellation or Amendment of Subscription

As a consumer, you always have the right to pause or cancel your product subscription from the Website. This must be done at least 7 days before the next scheduled delivery. You can pause or cancel your subscription via My Pages or by contacting Great Earth customer service on 026-611980 or by email at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se.

 

Great Earth always has the right to cancel a subscription with a notice period of 30 days. Furthermore, Great Earth reserves the right to terminate an agreement with immediate effect, without prior notice, if we deem that a subscriber is in breach of the Terms.

 

Force Majeure

Great Earth is not obliged to fulfil a purchase agreement or subscription if its performance is hindered by an event beyond Great Earth's reasonable control (e.g., changes in legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, epidemic, or other extraordinary event). These circumstances release Great Earth from the obligation to pay damages, and if the circumstance has lasted for more than two months, both you and Great Earth have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

 

Price and Product Information on the Website

Great Earth strives to ensure that the information on the Website is always accurate but reserves the right for products being sold out and for any image or typographical errors on the Website, such as errors in product descriptions, incorrect prices, incorrect discount codes, and incorrect information regarding stock status. Great Earth further reserves the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. All image information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to accurately represent the exact appearance or nature of the product.

 

Reviews

By submitting product reviews on the Website, you grant Great Earth the right to publish them on the Website and in other channels and media. Great Earth also reserves the right not to publish and/or to remove submitted reviews.
