Delivery Information

We deliver your parcel with PostNord. Once your order is packed, it will be sent either to the nearest collection point or to your home address. The options available at checkout are based on your location and the size of your parcel.

Our delivery options:

  • Collect from a service point (estimated delivery 1-2 days)

  • First-class letter to your letterbox/door (estimated delivery 1-2 days)

  • To your letterbox/door (estimated delivery 5-7 days)

  • Home delivery, you receive the parcel in person (estimated delivery 2-3 days)

When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation.

Christmas delivery:

Ensure your Christmas gifts arrive on time!

To receive your delivery before Christmas, your order must be placed no later than Thursday, 18th December (if you select the fastest option at checkout). Place your order in good time and enjoy a stress-free Christmas!

Please note that while we do our best to deliver your orders on time, we cannot guarantee against potential delays from the carrier (Postnord). We therefore recommend placing your order as soon as possible to minimise the risk of delays.

I haven't received a delivery confirmation, what should I do?
