Returns and Withdrawal Policy

As a consumer purchasing goods online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item and is valid provided that the item is returned to Great Earth in a substantially unchanged condition. This means you must not use the product, remove any labels, or break any seals. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item should be returned to Great Earth in its original packaging.

Email us at konsumentkontakt@greatearth.se or call 026-611980. We require the following information:

  1. a) Order number (found in your order confirmation, on the delivery note, or invoice)

  2. b) Your name and contact details

  3. c) The quantity and names of the products you wish to return

Great Earth must confirm that the return is permitted and that the withdrawal period has not expired before the goods are sent back. We recommend that returns are sent via Posten Varubrev. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost according to Posten's postage rates and is responsible for the item until it has been received by us. Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery or with reply-paid postage.

Returns of discounted items

For purchases that qualify for a gift or an extra discount, the value of the gift or extra discount is considered a general discount on the entire amount at the time of purchase. If any part of the purchase is exchanged and/or returned, the returned items are valued at the purchase price minus their relative share of the general discount. In the case of exchanges, the original basis for the gift or discount is not recalculated.

A promotion or offer of such a gift or extra discount is only available for new purchases via the website and cannot be applied retroactively. The gift or discount cannot be transferred to another purchase and cannot be credited when exchanging for another item.
