Our Needs Test - How It Works
In April 2021, we launched our digital needs test with the goal of providing customers with a simple and effective platform to identify the food supplements that best match their individual needs. This initiative was prompted by a significant increase in customer service enquiries on this very topic – many were unsure which food supplements were relevant for them and therefore risked buying products they didn't need.
To date, over 410,000 customers have taken the test and received a tailored recommendation on how they can support their health.
