WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT THE MENOPAUSE

How do we handle the panic sweats, the breakdowns, and the vaginal dryness?

We talk about the menopause! It's something every woman will go through. Three out of four will experience symptoms, with a third of them suffering severely. Many simply endure this period, which can last for years, even though help is available!

We've decided we want to be part of the change and make things easier – because the solutions are out there. We've spoken to experts, run test panels, developed products, gathered knowledge, and interviewed 'survivors'.

Did you know there are three phases of the menopause?

Phase 1: PERIMENOPAUSE

During perimenopause, hormones can be particularly erratic. This usually occurs in your 40s (but in some cases as early as 35).

Phase 2: MENOPAUSE

Symptoms related to menopause are common from the late 40s to the 50s, and periods become less frequent until they stop completely.

Phase 3: POSTMENOPAUSE

After menopause, the risk of other health conditions can increase. It's important to monitor your body and attend regular check-ups.
