Our Needs Test - here's how it works
In April 2021, we launched our digital needs test with the goal of giving customers a simple and effective platform to identify the food supplements that best match their individual needs. The background to this initiative was a clear increase in customer service enquiries about this very topic – many were unsure which supplements were relevant for them and therefore risked buying products they didn't need.
