About Madeleine
My name is Madeleine, and I've been working as a PT, nutritional advisor, and coach for the past 16 years. In my daily work, I meet hundreds of women every week, primarily aged 40-55. What they all have in common is the desire to achieve sustainable, lifelong health! Feeling strong, not just physically but mentally too, is an incredibly important cornerstone for a high quality of life. My role is to guide them towards better health, self-esteem, and a sense of purpose. This is where diet, exercise, and inner well-being truly go hand in hand!
